It's still a great vid to watch, very well produced....too bad I didn't get a chance to see this linked thread when it was posted...I fit all the criteria...except I'm not a professional actor....didn't someone say.."all the world's a...." well you know the rest. Thank you for pointing that one out!

To be honest, the guy didn't act NEARLY as shocked as a super fan would, unless he was a SUPER cool customer. I'd like to think I'd react in a similar manner, but I'd most likely lose my shit.

I knew he reminded me of someone, but the Trivago guy is an actor named Tim Williams whose just as weird and creepy!
