Bill's cancer was revealed to the media and fans in March 2016.

It does strike me as worrying and a little odd that a statement about his cancer appears on Bill's Facebook page and is then removed. I do hope that Bill's health has not got worse and that he is still in remission.

It takes longer than people think to recover from cancer treatment when they pass 70 odd. Does. It have to be sinister.

He says it somewhere here - from his Sticky Fingers 28 Anniversary:

[billwyman.com]

Watch video at: 3:30 where he also talks about double album from Rhythm Kings and a new solo album. I guess he is more active than Stones studio wise....

And his funny comment at around 1:05 - his special hot-dog

Yes, just watched the video. He has aged but given his health set back and (age) looks not too bad. Certainly always got projects to keep him busy.
Not seen the RK double yet...just a DVD and CD boxed set.

Yeah, he says at 3:30 "I am just getting over my problems, my health problems" - great news from Bill.

As a recovering cancer patient I know that you can have unexpected setbacks in your health, even after you felt fine and thought you were on your way back to feeling strong. God knows what the double poisons of chemo and radiation do to you. Yes, they might save your life, but can cause problems of their own. And Bill is 80, and was a long time heavy smoker. I thought his last album, Back to Basics, was great, and among the very best by solo Stones. Here's to you, Bill.smileys with beer
