I think it is at the same time actually - the RS pre-sale is at 12 p.m. GMT, which is 1.pm in Germany, which is when the BILD pre-sale starts. But yeah, no need to sign up with BILD at all.
Bummer, forgot the time difference. One hour in between would have been nicer.
BILD presale will be more expensive for those who used it last year.
Monthly cost is now €4,99. The €0,99 subscription doesn’t work anymore if you already used it last year.

by the way: on nearly all the seating maps we've seen to far the pit is now divied in two parts named A and B. Thus I guess we will have to choose when we buy tickets
