Berlin and/or Stuttgart have been mentioned on the German forum Stonestreff.com.

They are just speculating over there. But Sandy has been proven reliable.

And with Düsseldorf sold out twice, Berlin won‘t be a problem.

They don´t know anything, and rehash what has been said/speculated here.

I think they will play about 8 shows in the UK and the rest they will fill up with shows in the rest of europe... so we will see again 14 shows

The last berlin show was the waldbuhne right? I think they will have no problems selling out.

if they do Berlin on a weekend there won't be any problems to sell out the Olimpic stadium. But I doubt that it's easy to sell out that venue on a week day.
A lot of people might like to spend a weekend in Berlin, but traveling to Berlin for just one day during a working week is not an option for everbody (and to fill a stadium you need a hell lot of casual fans…).
Waldbühne on the other hand is easy to sell out - just little more than 20.000 people. Waldbühne would be great since even the worst seat is a good seat (compared to lots of other venues)

I wouldn't be very surprised if Prague itself gets a show. They've been there on four world tour and the last visit is 15 years ago (although, yes they played 1 1/2 hours outside of Prague eleven years ago). I think Prague is very expensive for East Europe and the purchase power relative high, you can sell tickets for a relative high price. The Stones seem to like Prague, otherwise they had not booked the 2003 date around Jagger's birthday. I don't know why they didn't play there 2014 or 2017.

The Stones were very good friend's with the Late President Vaclav Havel.Who died in 2011....He was the one who invited the Stones to play in 1990....Since after his 2 term's as president which ended in 2003...well let's just say not to many rock n roll president's have followed him...As for a Prague gig would be great they have gig's at Letany airport Ac/Dc..Gun's and Roses...Ozzy coming this summer it can hold 60,000+....We shall see.M

I'm getting lost on this thread of speculation... What are the latest thoughts on London dates? When-ish?

Berlin will be good, accesible from Amsterdam with the train. Might go there...
Any not too expansive hotels near the stadium??

The Berlin shows in 2003 and 2006 were both on weekends and didn’t sell well. But it's true, the situation today is different. There is a huge demand because they didn't tour for many years and because now it could really be the last time.

Fastest = train. Journey time just over 2hours, run every 20 minutes London Euston to Manchester Piccadilly. But be sure to book in advance (Virgin Trains) or else it’s extremely expensive.

Bus is cheapest but not the quickest! Again book in advance via Megabus or National Express for cheap fares.

With both Bus and Train, it’s City Centre to City Centre.

Plane? With checking in, airport security etc, for such a short distance it’s not worth it. Likely very expensive too.

Virgin trains. Should be around £40 return trip if you book in advance. The best tickets are released three months before the travel date. Takes less than two hours.
