The plan as of now is that the Stones would go back into the studio in December to work on the new album. The aim would be to finish it up by spring, in time for the tour which would start in May. Of course, plans can always change.

I'm sure there’s something obvious I’m missing here, but what did they do to the pyramid stage? Looked the same as normal to me...

And Hyde Park 2 weekends in a row was incredible but Roger Waters already booked for Hyde Park Summer Weekend...

Enter studio shortly before X-Mas? What have they done the whole year (apart from some 30 hours concert-playing)? When do they want to release the album? 2023?

They have written, recorded, planned a tour and toured.

They have worked in September and October and done nothing in the other 8 1/2 months. The talk about the "new album" appears absurd meanwhile. It still won't be finished if they spend five more days in the studio before X-Mas.

So the Keith pictures from the studio («I love to write on the piano») was just something I dreamt?

Looks like pre production rehearsals/ song writing sessions, NOT like finishing an album.

Moon river, wider than a mile
I'm crossing you in style some day
Oh, dream maker, you heart breaker
Wherever you're goin', I'm goin' your way
Two drifters, off to see the world
There's such a lot of world to see
We're after the same rainbow's end, waitin' 'round the benjd
My huckleberry friend, moon river, and me

Okay I checked it. They were in the studio in the first half of the year - for some days or maybe two weeks. If they go on like this we will get the album until 2025.[/I don’t understand your thinking on this at their age they have earned the right to retire in luxury yet they keep working not to mention other more important stuff like getting treatment for cancer they don’t owe you another album or tour you should just be grateful for what they do
