1. What is the exact world tours the Stones have done?
2. Other tours that aren't world tours?

In which way?

For instance the 'Voodoo Lounge Tour' was a real World Tour because the Stones played on all 5 Continents.

Most of the other Tours were not, because the Stones played only e.g. in America or Europe or Asia or UK ....

Try this, it's a database put together by a contributor to this site whose name, sadly, I can't remember.
It's up to date until 2007 so you'll have to fill in the rest yourself.

I think it all depends on what one may consider "world tour". If playing in all 5 continents in the same tour makes that a worldwide tour then Voodoo Lounge was the only one that matches that definition.
