I fully agree. Opinion on what this should be will obviously vary a lot, but I personally feel that their early-mid 60s run of 60s hit singles from the 'Brian era' is unfairly neglected - the very era of music which propelled them to fame in the first place. If that hadn't happened then there would have been no 68-72 era of classic albums.
Surely it wouldn't be too taxing for the band to play some of Not Fade Away, It's All Over Now, The Last Time, Little Red Rooster, Ruby Tuesday etc.
From that era, the only Warhorse is Satisfaction and Paint it, Black gets played frequently too. Very seldom get any of the others though.

Well, there is nothing wrong in wanting to hear Honky Tonk Woman when you come to your first Stones show. We die-hard-fans are a minority.
Anyway, I hope we get some news about the rehearsals. I vote for a new opener. Has Paint It Black ever been played as an opener?
Yes, it was played at the first two shows of the US fall tour 2006 as an opener

The look on Bernard's face when they tell him they'll be rehearsing Honky Tonk Women, Start Me up, Brown sugar, It's Only Rockn'Roll, Tumbling Dice, Satisfaction, Sympathy, and other assorted warhorses...then repeat.

I fully agree. Not the only reason....
The reason I won't travel to Germany, England and France like I did in 1995-2014 is because I don't like the atmosphere in cities like Hamburg, London and Paris anymore.
