Thx Jeroen, but I still 'd like to know (for sure) if the actual DVD-disc features English subtitles or not.

(P.S.: I watch my DVD's on a 'classic' DVD-player & television set... no "clicking" there - well, not for the time beeing. )

Puts things into perspective - Bobby is greatly missed - not only as a great human being, but as an integral part of the Stones.

I caught most of this last night, having previously read the book, but seeing the stories being spoken by Bobby, Keith, Jim Price.

the respect John Lennon gave to Bobby—- the story about the sheet music/ Bobby leading the session, John humming what he wanted -
good stuff.

I've got the DVR set!!!

I missed this showing but I have the DVR set for another showing Sunday 12/2.

Lots of great interviews here. Very enjoyable. Keith came off as very warm and charming. Gave a short version of the incident in '73 that resulted in Bobby leaving the tour and resulted in not being part of the touring band. Contrary to Bobby saying it was only drugs. The documentary glossed over the fact Bobby was on the '81-82 tour saying his return to the road was the Steel Wheels tour? I have to check, but I also believe Bobby played one song with them in '78 in California. Not much (or nothing really) on the Suffering Bastards. All in all, a really good complement to the book.

Why has this film been so hard to see?
