Ok,the Stones have prooved they are still a force to be recond with. There are too many artists out there that should call it quits. Here are some 1.Pearl Jam. 2.Metallica 3.Silverchair 4.any more?
Dozens of bands SHOULD call it quits, but as long as there is money to be made, a band will keep at it, whether playing state fairs, casinos, clubs, or anywhere a few fans will show up. Nostalgia is quite lucrative.
Silverchair aka Nirvana Jr. is still around? Who knew? lol

Guns n Roses / Axle Rose... you waited about 10 years for a tour, and then only could finish about 10 venues before the tour fell apart DESPITE the fact that all the reviews were really positive...
Face it, you're too hooked on your bizarre mental antics to get serious and play music. I enjoyed puberty too, but grew out of it.
Madonna!!! The Backstreet Boys! Justin Timberlake!

Although I'm not crazy about her last few albums, Madonna's recent tour was fantastic... as long as she can rock the house I say "stay in the groove" !

As much as I love The Who, unless they release a new album ...please, no more nostalgia reunion tours ! Now if they get their act together to put out the long-rumoured new studio album, then that's a different story.

The Who is so completely finished... only 2 guys left.
Whatever happened to Pearl Jam? They big some time in the nineties but what happened after that. Did they had long pauzes between albums or didn't they sell anymore? I saw a few clips of a show in MSG about half a year ago so they must have some fans left.
Def Leppard, Deep Purple, anyone? And for our Aussie forum posters...Jimmy Barnes!! (somebody make him go away!!) BTW, even though The Who are down to two 'originals', I thought their performance at Live 8 was exceptional!
The Who was a good suggestion. Me old housegods Purple too. A Purple without Jon Lord is like the Bible without JC. "Thin Lizzy" lead by John Sykes is an open door.
Wacko Jacko is headin for a newborn career, I´ve heard; after Katrina. No joke-. Remember where you heard it first.

Still rocking. South America's leg of the world tour about to begin. Their last album Riot Act was a good one. They might not be the most creative band in the world, but sure they can play! Personally I love them. Mcready is a superb lead guitarist and Cameron hits hard. Vedder complains too much but he is a great singer!

I think he plans on eventually replacing everybody including himself. What a clown, its hard to believe what an ass he has become.
