Eh, this must have been debated before, but I could`t find it in the search engine. I just had a view of the Doom and Gloom video and it`s horendous, absolutely awful. The song is great, though.

its a very good song, never a classic but if it had been released around 73 or 74 it would be well thought of, its not rated that high due to it being made and released 50 years into the bands career.

"Kick ass" doesn`t neccessarily make a good song (just think of Roung Justice). "Load" ain`t neccessary. This song funcions perfectly well at normal volume.

I like the Swedish girl in the video, i think she makes this song happen.
This is made in the same style as lots of the Stones video's, its trying to be appealing to the young. Like with Love Is Strong, heavy emphasis on fit young girls.
Anybody Seen My Baby is great too with a young Angelina Jolie, also Rain Fell Down and Sex Drive comes to mind.
