Wow,I forgot they already came back to the Waldbühne in 82.
Means they've been there now 4 times: 65,82, 98 and 2014.

Yeah, I just couldn`t make it in 1965winking smiley but the other three were all special cause of the small club-stage instead the big stage designs. In 1982 they had just the balloons on the tent.

Hyde park 2 - never seen them before, never been interested in them much (just part of of the wall paper of my growing up) very low expectations after terrible BBC broadcast of Glastonbury and blimey, I was blown away. Talk about coming late to the party .....

Welcome indeed but what was so terrible about the BBC Glastonbury broadcast? Most folk here were blown away with that and rightly so imho!

20th July 1990 Manchester, UK I recall Ruby Tuesday, Factory Girl, Paint It Black...24 songs played in those days. Wow. The songs from Steel Wheels - Sad Sad Sad didn't do much for me but Almost Hear You Sigh and Mixed Emotions were great. Glad I didn't drop an acid tab when 2000 light Years From Home was played. And of course the inflatable women and dogs, with Jagger whacking the dogs dick!eye rolling smiley

My first show should have been Leeds 82 when I was thirteen. Could not talk my parents into taking me.

November 13th 1981 at Madison Square Garden...Tattoo You Tour..Changed My Life.

I got in without a ticket as I paid my friends father who was a security guard at MSG $125...he handed off $20 bills to a bunch of guys as we were going through and then escourted me to the tip of the left side of the stage...told me to sit down in the aisle and no one will bother me...and they didn't!

Considering the tickets were $14.50...that is 8X the going rate...
so if I got a current ticket at $250 X 8...I paid $2K to see them that night...
My mother freaked out that I was taken my communion money out of the bank to pay for this...but it was well worth it!

Rolling Stones WACA, Perth Feb 24th 1973.

Wife is only 4'11" tall, so she stood on 2 full coke cans to gain an extra 4-5 inches in height!!!

Setlist was great but short, but show somehow didn't seem to take off until they played You Cant Always Get What you Want. THEN the place went, and stayed, NUTS!

Love in Vain
Sweet Virginia

All Down the Line
Midnight Rambler
Little Queenie
Rip This Joint
Jumpin' Jack Flash
Street Fighting Man
