I know a few people on here have got lucky with pit tickets but tbqh, I think you'll be hard pushed to get a Pit unless you're preapred to pay through the nose. Most get bundled up in packages. I hope you do get lucky but I'll settle for a Fosse Or.

So, if some of them have been now sold at a stardard pricing... have the rest of them been sold yet in VIP packages?

FNAC are still selling VIP Packages so I suppose there's still some hope they'll drop some at face value at some point...Again if you have a spare one to sell let me know, I've got some studio stuff you've never heard before ;-)

Well I will have some to sale, facial price, but even if I am honest, who knows if the buyer will not himself make tons of copies ? With probably my name printed on each copy. Who will know after what was the path of that or that copy ?

I have purchased three tickest (two different orders). I have the two emails to confirm the two orders.

I cannot find words to describe my feelings.

U Arena ticket website has just announced "You are not authorised to access this page" on website and app. I have been accessing all day

Pre-sale due to run to midnight tonight. Tickets popping up sporadically all day.

What gives ?

Maybe they are checking their records and programs. To discover other issues...

What happened, all PIT orders from this morning cancelled ? What's their explanation (RubyT message erased unfortunately, ok it's back, thansks) ? Must say it did sound too good to be true for these tix to pop up out of the blue :-(

That's a first, even worse than the HP2013 "Diamond Circle" fiasco (which turned out ok in the end fortunately) shame on them!

It sounds like they're offering access to another presale ? But what's the point as I presume their won't be any NO FILTER PIT tickets available there if not they might as well honor these pre-sales. I've seen cancelled sales in the past for "erroneous prices" but it's not the case here as they were sold at face value. They're breaking a contract unilaterally, this is illegal !

Can someone share the email, presumably in French, there might be some language "subtlety" that would help explain this better.

I believe we should all send the complaint, after all we have paid and received confirmation of the orders! They must fullfil their obligations and issue us No Filter Pit tickets... Worst case scenario, they can rebook some of us for No Filter on the 1st show.

I had a pit ticket for Paris no2 come up this morning and lost it when I couldn't work the site now I'm glad it didn't go through because I would probably be on my way to Paris right now and end up in a Parisian jail tonight after I had visited the ticket office.

I really feel for everyone that thought they had one and now discover this nonsense.

This is absolutely outrageous and disgusting behaviour.

Unfortunately when card payments get refunded they usually take at least a few days to get back to the buyers account so what about people who now don't have enough money in their account to try for a different ticket or venue.

These bastards should be fired immediately
