Horrible stuff. When's it all going to stop? It's a horrible new tactic to drive vehicles into crowds. It takes no preparation at all and is impossible to prevent.
I'm going to the show in Barcelona and this won't stop me. I expect there will now be a big Police presence there. Are you going to this show ?
Hope you can make it to this show or at least 1 show anyway. I'm sure a ticket won't be a problem.
I'm doing Hamburg, Barca and all 3 Paris shows. I'm Lucky Dipping the 1st 2 Paris shows and I certainly hope I'm as lucky as you were last time out!
If they do the UK next year as rumoured, I'll be Lucky Dipping most of the tour I think. I saw U2 at Twickenham last month with my brother and nephew from the very back row of the top tier and I still enjoyed it a lot.

I just was listening to "keep on rocking in a free world"...
So you read that article and you link it to today's events what planet do you live on.
I remember the terrible events in London in 2005 when many people lost their lives or suffered horrific injuries when terrorists attacked the transport system.This happened the day after Paris lost out to London in the bid to host the 2012 Olympic Games and there were people of unbelievable stupidity accusing the French of carrying out the attack in revenge for losing out in the Olympic bid.

I'm afraid that it's a bit more complex than "we have to blame ourselves", but this is moving towards a political discussion that is not welcomed here - and for good reasons. All I can say is that that my feelings are with the victims and their families & friends.

Stayed there a few times over the years and usually just the pickpockets you have to look out for.
Terrorists will not put us off from seeing The Rolling Stones, but really sad to hear about more fatalities and injuries on the streets of Europe.

many european countries didnt have terrorists pre 9/11,2001, now they do.
america and its allies invading iraq and afghanistan played its part.

So, from the pictures of the stage setup in the Hamburg thread, it looks like the pit area for the show is bigger than originally shown during the onsales. There's a catwalk and what looks like a B-stage, and the pit sections are on either side of the catwalk. That's the way the Ticketmaster map for the Barcelona shows now looks as well. So that may be why more pit tickets are now available.
