Hi bv,

1. what das "no filter" mean? What's special on this tour?
2. will we get a new album "no filter" with new songs until the start of the tour? (my guess: no)
3. why a stadium tour that late in the year with the risk of snow in Octobre?
4. why zero infos before spending hundreds of Euros???

Sorry, but this sounds to me like the biggest rip-off-bang we ever got.

After 56 Stones-Gigs, Waldbühne Berlin 2014 will stay my last.
And no, it's not off topic, I live in Munich and have seen them here

I would not worry about snow in October. With the climate changes we hardly have snow anywhere in Europe before December. Just bring a jacket and dress like normal. If you don't want to see the Stones live anymore then no worries - enjoy your memories.

No Filter is just another marketing name. Bigger Bang. Bridges To Babylon. Steel Wheels. Urban Jungle. Forty Licks. 14 On Fire. Zip Code. No Security. It will look great on the T-shirts and thousands will buy the merchandise.

No Filter means raw and untouched just like how you hear the guitar from Keith these days or from Ronnie or the drumming by Charlie or Mick's voice. No playback, no fuzz, just the stones without filter or any gimmick. I do still remember seing the Stones at Pinkpop NL 2014. They had the Metallica lighting rig but they hardly used it. Or Roger Waters at Desert Trip. So sophisticated show. The stones are simply with NO FILTER as compared to a lot of other music these days. Just my own opinion. I think the tour name is great.

In Munich we often have snow in Octobre and then again in February/March.

In my words: nothing new, just Vegas over and over. Odd, not my cup of tea.
The same Keef solo on every song - and I luv the man since 1982 as you can see at my nick.

They fail since 2004 to get into the studio and write and record together. It's Mick singing on a Keef/Jordan-Tune or Keef playing sloppy guitar on a Jagger solo number. Obviously Mick and Keith can't take it to be in a closed room for more than 30 minutes working together any more. Sad. They died as a real rock band between 1997 and 2004.

They don't need the money, why don't they prefer to play to really packed arenas or stadiums? They exclude a lot of real fans and especially younger generations, teens, kids. And the whole central Europe. And give a free (ok, well sponsored) concert in Cuba, because that's bringing publicity? Now they exaggerate big time.

And I still can't see the reason, why this tour doesn't start in June oder July as usually. Holidays and soccer - and therefore some millions lost? Come on.

I'm sure, they will not nearly sell out Germany at these prices. Or the stadiums are full with bankers just rattling their jewelry. Or not even rattling. Ok, without me. I'll never forget the Hamburg Stadium Gig in 2007 with most of the stadium empty and the stage turned around the day before to veil this. My worst Stones gig ever. Never again.

Goodbye to the band, that changed my live as a thirteen year old in 1982 and that I loved like no other musician or band ever, now and forever. But I want to keep that, forever. They should've called it a day 2003 or 2007 at the latest.

I doubt it very much. These are platinum deals. They just have different names.

You don't even know on what you're spending hundreds and thousands of Euros,as there's no way to prove where you're standing/sitting exactly due to the missing seat map.

That's not professional, just a big rip-off. Sad and embarrassing.

Yea, I was really counting on this one, since it is "only" a 7-hour train ride for me, the only destination where I wouldn't have to fly, but 800 for a pit? Sorry, I will gladly miss this one.

I am really happy with my Stockholm pit. Maybe I will be lucky and will yet score the Amsterdam pit, but if not, I will have a blast in Stockholm an that will be it.

"Normal" people would of course call me crazy for paying 270E for a ticket (plus plane and hotel). But 800? I am not THAT crazy.

Looks like the "Innenraum Stehplatz" is partially behind and partially to the side of the FOS seats.

I'm good with that. Can at least hang out at house center and have good, balanced sound.

Yep. Same in Düsseldorf and Hamburg.
