I am sure that somewhere you klicked on viagogo and that is where you bought the tickets. Of course you get original tickets with the original price printed on it. But you just paid more because you went through viagogo.

Shit, I feel like an old lady, who bought a overpriced crappy rug. But I guess there's nothing I can do...

Yes, actually I just sent them an e-mail with my resignation and it worked. Even got my money back as for the first two weeks they treat it like that.
It might be safer to send them an e-mail with the form like mentioned above.
They will send you a confirmation e-mail that they will miss you as a customer

Just e-mail them a couple of lines saying you want to cancel.

They will reply within 48 hours.

Yep, it worked like clockwork. First I got an email where they said they would look into it, and about a week later they sent a confirmation of ending my subscription.

Yes they have cancelled it. There is a cancellation period until July 11th in your case. Had you cancelled within 14 days of your subscription there would not be a cancellation period.

I always use booking.com. You can choose by a map
if you want. Of course it depends on how much you wanna spend...

Would bet hotel prices are through the roof by now. It wasn't exactly cheap at the time of the announcement. Munich hotels were already marked up as the first rumors leaked out.

Yes, Eventim usually ships within a few days. I got them all a few days after the purchase.

There are Innenraum seats available for 239 EUR now but it's impossible to choose a seat and even when I clicked through transaction it did not show me the seat number or block, nothing.

Nope, the ones I'm asking about are Innenraum, floor seat tickets.
The tribune seats are choosable from the map and it's clear where they are located. 239 EUR floor tickets are not choosable from the map and can't tell where they are.

Still haven't found a Hamburg hotel in the centre of town. Can anyone recommend one please?

Two years ago I spent a few nights at the Marriott Renaissance Hotel at "Grosse Bleichen". Midtown, clean, nice, good bar, a bit expensive. But worth a try. Good Luck!
