From the official RS-Twitter and RS-Facebook:

"The Rolling Stones are really looking forward to playing the Parken Stadium tomorrow night but want to make it clear to fans they will NOT be playing a club show in Copenhagen and there are no plans for any club shows on the current No Filter tour."

They didn't say there were no plans for a private, corporate show.

Interesting break here for public shows, no regular show Saturday,
it makes me all the more excited for Dusseldorf and waterrats being there!

Time to give the Fonda show another spin

I don't dare to hope that there will be any kind of real change (only maybe one or two songs)

From what I’ve been reading in the various threads, the camera policy seems
to vary from city to city on this tour. Does anyone here have any direct experience regarding what seems to be allowed. All cameras forbidden or just
those with detachable lenses? Sounds like the smaller the camera the better
chance of being allowed? Any advice or experience shared is very much appreciated.Feel free to send a private email if desired. Thanks.

From what I gather the camera policy has been pretty strict across the board.

A lot of people have been able to sneak in small pocket cameras without a problem, for example BV=)

But at least at the first two Germany shows I remember reading reports of people actually having to leave their cameras at the bag check.

What's confusing is that for example in Copenhagen the Ticketmaster e-mail sent a few days before the show said "professional" gameras were forbidden, but the promoter said ALL cameras were forbidden. So even the official statements are contradictory.

Thanks for the input. Unfortunately designating “professional cameras” as
forbiden without specifying what qualifies as professional, such as a removable
lens, makes the determination very subjective and will vary by the security
personal at the venue. Sounds like the small camera is the best route and simply
hope for the best upon entry.

I really dig Paris. When Mick bangs the Mic-stand to the floor. Awesome.

Does this mean you got your pit ticket?

I wonder how BV or others sneak their small cameras in. Do you have to go through metal detectors at all venues? I would assume so, especially in Paris. Ten years ago at the O2 in London, I was able to sneak in a videocamera with monopod without a problem. I recorded the entire concert.

The camera policy has varied from venue to venue. As far as metal detectors go, the 3 shows I went to all had some security guards with hand-held metal detectors. In Munich I sneaked in a camera but I "chose" a line with no hand-held metal detector! smiling smiley

Just keeping it in your hand, with your ticket and your gear, seems to be the trick, I hear. I don't think they scan your hands smiling smiley

It is the same everywhere: no cameras with changeable lenses. This means that pocketcameras are allowed.
Sometimes I encounter a security person that does not know how to recognize a camera with changeable lenses. This may lead to some discussion, but cannot lead to not letting you in with a pocket camera.

In Düsseldorf they used hand-held metal detectors too.
It was possible to bring a small camera - in your hand - into the venue.
I didn't try but I saw some people with such cameras.

They had metal detectors last night but did not seem to be too interested what you actually have in your pockets. Believe it or not: I bought an event shirt outside the venue and had it in that transparent plastic bag with the tongue. The lady at the entrance forced me to discard the bag!! Discussions were useless...

I have a question re: video show on the screens 'No Filter'

I caught a glimpse of the screens before a show was about to open/ beginning
it showed a night time cityscape scene (beautiful) it looked to be the city being played-

Is this true? Each show gets unique footage of locale?

Thank you.

2. YOU GOT ME ROCKING (my favourite in AMSTERDAM)
3. DANCING WITH MR. D.
4. TUMBLING DICE
5. JUST YOUR FOOL or RIDE EM ON DOWN
6. etc. etc.

Yes, you are right.
As TooTough mentioned: in Hamburg the trees at the Stadtpark (live).
Some others: in Amsterdam the roof of the arena (live), in Duesseldorf cityscape scene in the evening (photo), in Stockholm cityscape scene in the evening (photo)

After four shows of this tour:
The iorr members got a lot of experiences going to concerts. We should found a consulting company for concert promotors how to handle big crouds at their events: how can they work professional, how can they make it easier for everyone (including their staff), how to handle fans arriving at the venue (including the fans arriving pretty early), how to handle them leaving by car or public transport, etc.
Some realy need such a consulting, e.g. the organizers in Stockholm who were not prepared for fans arriving at noon and didn't prepared the barriers for the entrance at gate 1.

Hamburg was the worst organization experience I've had in Germany. Almost seems like they had no experience. I know that's not the case since I've seen many concerts here since the '90s. Comparatively it was better then. Which shouldn't be the standard. With time things should improve in my opinion.

Can I ask why? I had a very good experience in Hamburg. The fact that they had covered the green saved us from the experiences we had in Spielberg. There were enough toilets, enough beer stands and the food there was excellent. Another perfect organization for me was Amsterdam. Especially the Entrance lines were really good and fair for all fans.

No ques, a lot of toilets and bars, GREAT food.
