Saw him with the Georgia Satellites open for Seger on the Like a Rock tour.
Never heard of them...were so good went right out and bought their album the next day.
Interestingly enough the other main guy in the band (lead guitarist) joined Izzy Stradlin's band the Ju Ju Hounds for the debut album/tour.

Go and get So Low and Rollercoaster. You won't regret it. Fantastic albums!
I was really impressed by Dan's guitar playing on So Low. For the first time, he did all the guitars by himself, including the solos.
He's such a gent, always taking time to the fans. Here's a pic after his show in Oslo last year.
