I'm seeing Brad tonight at the C2C Festival in London.

Apparently the duet is very good.
Just read some tweets from Rolling Stone Country & Allmusic editors.

The Jagger/Paisley DUET is really good. Classic Mick vamping, Brad going crunchy on guitar.

Mick sounds terrific on it, doesn’t he? Best duet on the album.

Allow me to say what you're all thinking:

"If only he could duet as well with Keith [Richards]."

Not gonna buy this album because Mick guests on one song. Zzzzzzzzzzzz.....

I was referring to the writing and recording of new songs.

The third post in this thread indicates that Mick collaborated in writing this with Paisley and Matt Clifford.

Someone needs to lock Mick and Keith in the proverbial kitchen again and don't let them out until they've produced an album's worth of material...

The path that led to Brad Paisley's "Drive of Shame" with Mick Jagger

The first time lots of folks thought of Brad Paisley and the Rolling Stones in the same breath was when the Rock and Roll Hall-of-Famers invited the West Virginia native to open for them two years ago as their Zip Code Tour passed through Nashville.

Much to Brad’s surprise, Mick Jagger had been keeping up with him from the very beginning.

“It's a really fascinating and flattering thing,” Brad tells ABC Radio. “When we started opening shows for them, it came from him. He had sent his assistant in 1999 to the record stores in London to get Who Needs Pictures,” he says of his debut album.

“He said, 'You may not know it, but when your first album came out, I wanted to hear what you were doing lyrically, and I had heard a few of the songs and the guitar playing and thought, I need to hear this guy.' And he had kinda kept up with me!”

Brad recalls he had no idea Jagger was a fan until a friend overheard him talking about the country singer one year at the Grammys.

“The next thing you know…they had people sitting in with them that first tour back, I went and did that,” Brad says, remembering playing with the Stones in Philadelphia.

From there, the “Today” hitmaker and the “Satisfaction” singer became friends.

“We got to know each other and then they had us open in Nashville and we got to know each other some more,” he reveals. “We went to dinner a few times, and I finally just said, 'You need to come back here when we are off!'”

That led to the pair’s collaboration on “Drive of Shame,” which is on Brad’s forthcoming album, Love and War, due April 21.

I've always disliked the "special guest" duets at the shows..kinda an ego stroke for Jagger that "I'm still cool and I know who's hip" and all that crap..just a wasted song that the time could be used for an actual rare Stones performance..Paisley is talented, that's no question but I don't get him but then I don't get Springsteen..

most of his fans are american and everyone in america over the age of about 10 years old knows who mick jagger is,even if it's that he's the "moves like jagger" guy.

i'm not sure how it is in europe but in the states jagger is a beloved figure.when he does a presentation at an awards show he always gets a standing ovation and huge applause.it's not uncommon to see other celebs and musicians raising fists in the air.
for years i saw droves of fans heading to the restroom and beer stands as soon as he left the stage,leaving keith to play to about 2/3rds of the audience.that's not by accident.

OK...maybe some of Paisley's diehard fans will ask "why the f*ck Mick Jagger".
I have some family and friends who are diehard outlaw country music fans living up in the country, and they would laugh and then spit at the thought of Mick Jagger messing with their type of music.
But not really sure where Brad Paisley fits within the country music world, he's probably more of the generic user friendly type (that's not a criticism), so perhaps his fans will embrace Jagger?
