You go to one of the torrent download sites (usually you have to register) i.e. www.dimeadozen.org and select your file of interest.
In addition you need a program to download finally the file. I use Azureon, but there are many possibilties here (www.bittorent.com).
Yesterday I downloaded this way the BBC interview with snippets from Fenway.
