You can order it to amazon.co.uk if you really want it. Sometimes I purchased to amazon.com when I have no other way to get an item.
I don't Kindle, either, and UK Amazon says the book is unavailable.

Hi everybody,
as promised the book is going to be available via your local Amazon, Worldwide.
Written in English, the book is the very first discography of the UK vinyl singles issued by DECCA Records.
A lot of news are finally brought to the attention of the Collector, from the correct timing of the Purchase Tax, to the meaning of the letters placed on labels, to the discontinuity in the use of purchase tax codes by DECCA.
Again, for the first time ever a full description of the financial matters behind the record industry is given and the Collector will appreaciate a very long and detailed intro on the 'secrets' of a DECCA single.
When appropriate, entries are enriched with special Archivist's Corner sections and - totally unseen - the histroy of all the copyright controlling companies are reported.
To complete the discography, export editions, records made in EIRE and records made abroad and widely distribute in England are presented and fully detailed.
Last but not least, this is the first time that re-mixes and derivated works get the honour of an official entry in the discography of the Rolling Stones.
On top of that, the Collector will have direct access to over 500 label variations and more than 1.000 pictures. According to Amazon, the book - 270 A4-format pages - will be available on 23 January. Hope you'll enjoy this time caspule, all the best,

Yes, they did and also never passed to the injection-moulded records.
As a result, you get the Singles Collection with paper labels, in EIRE.
If you want to know the reason why, please check the book when talkin' about the record pressing activity in EIRE: it's pure fun...
