And last but not least, the excellent IORR Band at their debut gig in London, 24th September. Watching a band play a 2 hour set 20 minutes after meeting for the 1st time and pulling it off so well was something special.

Surprisingly good show: Pretenders in a club in Buffalo. They had been touring with Stevie Nix in arenas. They had a night off from that tour so played in a small club in Buffalo. They seemed to love playing a club packed with their fans rather than being in the middle of a cavernous arena. Chrissie was in a great mood, as was Martin Chambers. My first time seeing them since 1982 and the original band. This version sounded as good, with great energy. Great show!
