OK Fanch got your point now.
Got two more books in the past for which DT kindly add some words and his signature.
It's always better than a usual signature with the name only, but a usual signature is always better than nothing is you ask me.
Guess and hope you will get your copy for Xmas.

Just got my shipping notice today....

I've tried contacting multiple ways - email, filling out a form on my account page, and on their Facebook page. Apparently it is not a concern to them or to Julia Gragnon, the woman at the gallery that confirmed my order back on Nov. 24th.

The Galerie sent me an email that the book has been shipped.
I had previously exchanged a couple of emails with an employee, Julia,
which it has proved very helpful and kind.

I was at the gallery today to collect my books and they are all busy packing and shipping books. Dont worry, they didnt expect the demand and are simply busy.

Julia is the owner by the way.

I ordered mine on 11/24, but have heard nothing yet. Sent Julia an email yesterday. Your posts are reassuring and I'm looking forward to receiving the book someday soon.

So if one already owns "Exile", is this new volume superfluous?

I dont own Exile (silly me!) so I cant say for sure if the photos are redundant. I would think that some are "alternate takes", most are well known and appear in Exile (I dont own it but I have seen it).

Quality-wise it's clearly not in the same league. But then again it's not the same price.

I do like the comments from Dominique, can't remember if Exile features these?

Anyone receive their order or shipping information this week? The owner of the gallery will not respond to my emails. This is as bad as ordering from RS.com!

I received my order last week in the US.

Nice book, I have only found one mistake - a photo that is obviously from 1973 is listed as being from 1970.

As for the images, many of them are the common fare. But since I could not afford the Genesis "Exile" book, this will do.

I had mine signed as well, forget which number it is.

I, too, have had problems communicating with the gallery. I accidentally order two copies. Emailed them immediately clarifying I only wanted one. About a week later they emailed me that they had issued a 'credit slip' for the second book and I could access it online. I have yet to be able to get to this "credit slip."
