On stage chat

I always wondered about what kind of chat and conversation the band has when on stage during a show. How loud the music on stage actually is?

These guys can just *look* at each other and communicate all kinds of things.
I saw a clip from the 1969 tour in which HTW starts out at a brisk pace, Keith just slows it down a bit, and Mick turns to him and grimaces before moving on.
You can find many things like that, and those are just the ones that we can see. Many others in which they are talking to each other in their own body language.

I think your missing the point of the question. Varilla is talking about vocal casual conversation on stage. Example. Keith walks up to Ronnie says something, Ronnie laughs then say something back then Keith nods. it happens many times during a show.

There are talking about all the people that can't clap on time during a song.

During the Ampeg years it must have been very loud. Frankly I'm amazed they still can hear anything at all. And I remember Tumbling Dice being played live ---> Keith shouting at Taylor because the latter didn't stick to the studio version.

Apart from that some trivial talks about tempo, or getting the guitars in tune etc.
