Wish they would have told us yesterday, we would have gotten there, but the Stones and AXS kept telling to hold onto our tickets. Most of us bought our tickets 3 months before the tickets for the 22nd went on sale. Unhappy with how this was handled.

Being from San Diego, we figured it would be relatively easy to come back up to Las Vegas for a rescheduled show, so we passed on 10/22 in light of the advice from Axs to hold on to our tickets for a new date. Very unhappy with the outcome.

I don't think that's true, but I'm too lazy to research it right now.

One of many examples: Hanging Rock in 2014.

It's not NYC or Chicago or Los Angeles.

It's Vegas.

It doesn't matter.

Bummed that there is no reschedule as two of the guys we went with had never seen the Stones before but the initial announcement said the show was cancelled so I never really held out much hope that there would be a rescheduled show. Especially knowing this wasn't any kind of tour, more just an odd one off little run for the Stones. Oh well, hopefully Saturday was a rocker, I haven't had a chance to read the reports yet.

That said, we had one hell of a 24 hour bender in the city of sin. I'll just leave it at that. We certainly made the best of a bad situation.

Our thoughts exactly, we are from San Diego too. If they had told us Saturday morning that there was not going to be another concert, we could have exchanged our tickets, and gotten ourselves there. It would have cost us more, but we would have done it. I spoke twice with AXS and they kept advising us to hold tight for a rescheduled date. We had seen them twice at Desert Trip, thank goodness, but in GA from far far away, consoling ourselves that we would actually be able to see the stage in Vegas from section 204 seats there that we had bought in JUNE!

Why is that? Once you're watching The Stones it doesn't matter were you are.

More like screwed! To many people telling us to hang on for reschedule! I would of made the extension to Sat work had they just said to bad so sad! I mean what the hell is another $2,000.00?

On another note of those that bought a Premium Package (gold, silver, sapphire, etc) did you get your package(s) and or were you told you were to pick them up at the show????
I was told that you would of had to of picked them up at the show, but was not told that until after the show, no word in advance and I have always had those SWAG items mailed to me never picked up.
Have a great day!

Did you apply for a refund somewhere or did they just automatically credit your credit card without you doing anything?

According to the Axs site, if you bought your ticket(s) w. a credit card it will be refunded automatically - you don't have to request anything.

Check your account to be sure that actually happens. I as told the same thing.

I applied for the refund with a form sent to me by AXS after I emailed them questioning refunds.

Yes, it is sure a mystery why the cancellation announcement came the day after the show on the 22nd. You would think announcing the cancellation prior to
the 22nd would have only improved sales for the 22nd.
