Is this the first stones studio album since the 60s not to feature a physical 7"? Even Bridges to Babylon and A Bigger Bang had 3 from each.

It seems a shame that since there is supposed to be a resurgence in vinyl sales, there will be no 7".

Maybe they are saving it for a Record Store Day release on blue vinyl, with a nice laminated flip back sleeve, or a Rolling Stone Records style yellow label and the pink sleeve?

I'm in the UK and there is no news yet of a physical release, is this the same for the rest of the world?

ABB had a two track-CD (SOL and RJ) and a three track-CD (RJ, SOL and BOMH), didn't it? + the other singles on CD only?

No 7" that I'm aware of anyway (I'm happy to be wrong here)

No, here in the UK we had SOL on red vinyl and regular 7"s for Biggest Mistake and Rain Fall Down, also a12" for Rain Fall Down.

Just ordered the 7" vinyl single for Blue & Lonesome. It will be released on Nov. 25th so I guess it will be just the track "Blue & Lonesome".

Seems like they really should do a 7" and put a non-lp B-side out there! did they only record these 12 songs for the LP?
