Does anyone know of any good boots from Giants Stadium on the Licks or Bigger Bang tours?

2002: on the VGP 6CDs which is hard to get
2005: DAC The Biggest Bang, great recording, also on the WLR Box
2006: DAC 4CD Little S&M (with Louisville), also on the new 2006 US Tour box

Yeah I bought this on VHS at a merchandise stand at Wembley in 1995. I never really got into it as it had a different vibe to the Wembley show what with the show starting in daylight, and quite a few different songs in the setlist. Funny intro though with Little T&A!

I was at the first and last Giants Stadium shows, my first Stones shows. The 4th show I remember being added on. Great time and great memories.

I bought this at the first Pasadena show, I think it was $20? I recently converted the VHS to DVD and actually watched some of it last night. In terms of the 4th Jersey show, I remember chatting to the barman at the Hard Rock Cafe in NYC a couple of weeks after the LA show and he told me he was at that show when it rained, 3rd row I remember him telling me how awesome the show was, the band on fire and the rain causing heaps of steam off the lighting, Mick running around with his shirt off etc

I had seen the Sunday show earlier that week, but the sound at our seats, all the way in the back, was horrible.

The rain-soaked show was on Wednesday night, I think. At around 6:30 pm, driving home from work in the rain... I decided to drive to the stadium, figuring it would be easy to buy a cheap ticket from a scalper. I was right... only $25! And I also guessed that I'd be able to move up reasonably close. I was right again ... many people stayed home because of the rain apparently.

But the Rolling Stones -- electrically safe because they had wireless mics and guitar transmitters -- played great in the rain! (I think Charlie might have been under a canopy or something.) Seemed like they gave it something extra for those of us who had toughed it out in the rain.

(I remember stopping at a hardware store on the way... and buying a sheet of plastic ... big enough for a bunch of seats.)

Thanks for posting this. More great memories. I went the first and last night.
I think I saw two of my ex-girlfriends in the crowd shots! >grinning smiley<
