Unreal. Someone said these two couldn't even be in a room together. What has happened? Circles are closing? The end is near?

There's my erection for the week. After Trump and Leonard Cohen, that was exactly what I needed. So small but if that doesn't make you smile you are made of stone.

I love it so much they should consider doing unplugged shows even sitting down in smaller venues for true fans and not tourists. Brought a big spinning smiley sticking its tongue out to my face.

sweet F.U. to all the people that complain about keith's playing. seems the difference in his playing on say, Bitch (zip code), and his laying back on other songs is because he's in his late 60's, early 70's, not because he can't.

Yea, no worries, nothing wrong here... the Country Honk song is from the Let It Bleed album and a more acoustic number than the single Honky Tonk Women...

Again, get the whole spanish oleoleole picture for short time here, if you don't mind ...

There's that amazing bit in Brazil where Mick and Keith do that intimate acoustic version of "Honky Tonk Women." How did that happen?
Sam: We read that "Honky Tonk Women" had been written just outside of São Paulo, so we wanted to tell that story and relive that moment in some way. It was a lovely window into Keith and Mick's relationship when they were barely out of their teens just going on a bit of a lads' holiday around South America. And they were really up for it, you can see how the conversation descends into quite puerile territory by the end. It kind of thaws them a little bit I think. And it was just one take. We filmed it and then went, 'Bloody hell, that was good.'

Amazing what two days of good Blues jamming will do.
Keith's playing is so on, that I wanted to hear the car honking, and expected Byron Berline to come fiddling in too. Jagger looking all relaxed.

Who was doing that whooshing sound in chorus and 2nd verse?

Very nice.
And only one take?
It's the sort of thing I thought they might have done 50 takes to make it seem like it was one take.

That's some good shit.

Keith is still SO good on acoustic. It makes me sad how feeble he sounds on electric sometimes. His attempt at being the electric guitar "rock god" nowadays fall so flat on the big stage, while his touch on the acoustic is still beautiful.

I remember reading about this in the Rolling Stone review of Ole Ole. It did not disappoint. To me that was more exciting and heart-warming than any flashy stage performance they could put on nowadays. Just lovely.
