Wow. I'm surprised they haven't already done this. A series of great sounding mono bootleg of all their Decca albums came out in the early noughties with outtakes. But to have the real thing and finally get a proper UK 1st and 2nd album on CD would be amazing.

I thought all releases of their 60s work was/is put out on ABKCO Records since the mid 1980s?

The Decca logo was used on Forty Licks but it was nowhere to be seen on Grrr, which makes me dubious about this package. Decca is wholly owned by Universal whereas ABKCO only license their product to Universal.
There's nothing about this on the ABKCO website so I'll wait and see if this is legit or not.

Strange. "Sympathy For The Devil" was the last genuine mono mix, the rest of Beggar's and everything afterwards were just folddowns of the stereo mixes. I wonder how they'll be able to create 15 CDs out of this.

What it says on the jpc.de website:

I would rather stick with itunes concept + Got Live If You Want It! and Get Yer Ya-Ya's Out! But some of albums will be fold outs for sure

Hmmm...interesting. I wonder how they'll sound up next to the vinyl mono albums I still have from back in the 60s. Also interesting is that the Stones chief competitors, the boys from Liverpool, thought mono was the best way to hear their music. To my ears, mono's still the best mix regarding listening to rock'n'roll, though, I am sure there are folks who will disagree.

Looking forward to this if it's true. Some of the early mono mixes are great.

Yes, I was always confused as to why DECCA (but not LONDON Records) got a mention on the 40 Licks credits.
Even stranger, sometime after its release the band sued a Decca over royalties (audit) for the set. I don't think it got anywhere.

Almost impossible to find.

Do not speak about DECCA Blue label 'Stereo' SKL 4838.
Also do not speak about the USA mono London LL3493 'Got live if you want it.

I think I see where 15 albums come into play... They may combine the US/UK albums into one each, giving us thirteen albums (think 'bonus tracks')... From there, if this even is a bit true, that does leave space for outtakes, b-sides, etc. If Metamorphosis is included (it was an ABKCo record, after all), then that leaves enough room for one bonus disc.
