I grew up in Boston. For those of you from Europe, Fenway Park, the Green Monster(wall) and the Red Sox are scared in Boston. We follow the Soxs the way you guys follow soccer and we are just as crazy about our teams.I've since moved from Boston and live near Baltimore now, but I still follow the Sox. The Stones in Fenway was a Big @#$%& Deal, belive me. I downloaded the concert from Bit Torrent and its sounds great so far. I listened to Rough Justice this afternoon, and I like the new songs.

Boston guy here too. I was at Fenway on Tuesday and believe me, as I looked out on the green monster, the Citgo sign, the left field scoreboard, etc., I just couldn't get over it -- THE STONES AT FENWAY!!! It seemed too surreal to be true.
A guy I work with has connections at Fenway and was offered the chance to help plant the new sod this afternoon, but he had to decline due to an important project at work. Goes to show you how important that team and that park is to the people here -- we'd consider it an honor to be asked to do back-breaking landscaping for no compensation within the walls of Fenway Park.
As a devoted and lifelong Yankee fan I thank the Stones very much for screwing up the Reds Sox field. We need the help at this time of the year and any games it cost the Red Sox is very much appreciated.
