Looks like Mr.Richards has been overlooked again..............

As an aside I would have thought some of the Pink Floyd members would have been Knighted by now. Roger probably went on about the war too much!

He wouldn't be offered a knighthood after having already said publicly he wouldn't accept it. They're very careful to make sure they never offer these things to people who will refuse them, a lot of vetting goes on first.

Keith is an American citizen so wouldn't get one anyway regardless of whether he'd accept it or not.

He'll wear it well ..... Ya like that one Sir Rod? ...

It's possible he may now be a dual-national, but Keith still holds British Citizenship and a British Passport. He hasn't relinquished or renounced anything.
