Not in the content but we can expect better picture quality and stereo sound.

Hasn't Sweet Summer Sun been released on BluRay before? That's very strange...

The from the vault blu ray was not released in Europe so I think this will be the very same but a different artwork (not part of the vault series)

Yeah, that's right, it was a US only release.

Well, I have enough copies of this show now (I think)

It's advertised as having "complete versions of the world hits..." and the listed songs include Midnight Rambler! A complete version of Midnight Rambler from Hyde Park 1969? It remains to be seen if that's really the case...

Is the music dubbed in German?

They will now likely include the 3 omitted songs so we buy it AGAIN...

I got my doubts concering a complete version of MR,because the running time is listed as "53 minutes".That's the running time of the well known versions if I remember correctly.
Either the description is crap or the running time...
I guess it will be the vault version with the improved audio in best case.

I wonder if anyone purchased it and checked this claim.

Must approaching that slow summer sales season...it's time to re-release Hyde Park 1969 again

There is a sticker on the cover thart says "3 Bonus Songs". Has anybody heard or seen them?

So I got the damn thing yesterday. The sound is not very good and is not in true stereo as the last US release is supposed to be (haven't heard it).

BUT the interesting thing is the Bonus section. It lasts half an hour and consists of the well known 3 Bonus tracks plus silent footage from the crowd and the band. There's a nearly complete song which must be from the middle of the set (Micks white jacket is open). Keith has a capo on the 7th fret and MT plays slide. Could this be Loving Cup? Then there's footage of a second song without the white jacket. Was this on any previous release? I would love to dub this with the best sound available

I don't think it's Rambler cause it looks a lot slower, Jagger doesn't have a harp and wears the white jacket (MR was at the end of the set. On all other songs at the end of the concert he doesn't wear it including the second half of Rambler). And I don't think MT plays slide on the song although I don't have the audio cd to compare now.

Now I compared it to the audio. We got alternate sequences for No Expectations, Satisfaction and Sympathy (all not complete)

Hockenheim95- the US version has very nice stereo sound indeed. But MR is still overdubbed with talking unfortunately. I traded a copy to a German dealer at a schallplatten boerse a few months ago, he said it wouldn't play, but it plays on my Euro system. Anyway, send me an email maybe I can help you.
