wales qualifying isnt as big a surprise as the media make out, they seem to talk it up as this being wales best team for over 50 years, forgetting the fact for euro 2016 there are 24 qualifiers and wales made the quarter finals in 1976 despite not qualifying for the finals tournament due to the fact only 4 teams did.
think euro 2016 will be a bit of a lottery, poor sides will go out quickly and the good sides will fight it out in the knockout stages with the lucky teams going further.

Tournament experience cannot be underestimated, though. I remember when Norway was ranked number two in the world in 1994 - before the WC in the US (I was there).
The whole country was expecting quarter finals (or even better).
Then we went out from our group on less scored goals than Italy, Ireland and Mexico (all teams had the same goal difference).
We were a great team, but newbies in this context.
