I was somewhere between the 2 people on shoulders to the left of the picture. The good old days of turning up early to get the best position, followed by hours fighting off drunks........until the ABB when, because of the stress of worrying about KR, I became one smileys with beer

From what I can see, and for those that keep track of such things, these are the songs that are unique (unduplicated) for each of the three shows:
Amsterdam: Not Fade Away, It's All Over Now, the Worst, Gimme Shelter, Respectable, Street Fighting Man
Paris: Shattered
London: Faraway Eyes, Love in Vain, Monkey Man

The Mick and Keith photo is from Nijmegen 1995.
This box is a bootleg, no?

Like Paulhanrahan said, the box with book and key chain is not a bootleg. They sold out quickly in 1995.

Thank you for the information.

In what Universe UFO Music Ltd. products became official products? I always thought they were unauthorized.

no official Virgin release, they also did a box for "I Go Wild"...

The incorrectly formatted UPC code goes nowhere.
Virgin appears no where on what I can see.
Ward Records has both Universal and Eagle Rock their packaging.
UFO is an "unauthorized" type catalog.
Most importantly where are the CD's to this boot?

Curious to know the specifics on why Amazon is listing this as an "exclusive".

Probably, just marketing trick. Like they did with Four Flicks - Bestbuy in 2003.

I've given up on Amazon . Ordered Blue ray 4 disc from HMV £39.99

I saw the vinyl listed as not available on Amazon, but never actually saw it for sale....wtf.

Prefer not to use them anyway....I won't get political here thumbs down

I'm sure for that price tag it will look like the box set for sweet summer sun with the book attached

Can we expect the songs which are only played at the 2nd Paradiso show (Still a Fool, Meet me in The Bottum, Before They Make Me Run, Monkey Man en Can’t Get next to you) as bonus on the Paradiso disc.It would be a pitty if they are not included

Seems we will have to wait until it's released to see if "all" the played songs will be included, maybe in the DVD. My fingers are crossed, would love to hear those rarities.

Old - good Stripped documentary was 60 min (Jointrip version is 65 min with extra clips). The new one is declared to be 91 min. Surely, they can just add 'blah-blah-blah' talking heads and interviews. But let us hope there will be extra tracks from club shows and studio. Actually, extra 30 minutes could be 6-8 full songs.

The price .... winking smiley

5-Discs Blu-ray US-$ 109.98 (approx. €97.30) vs. €49.99 in Europe.
5-Discs DVD US-$ 99.98 (approx. €88.46) vs. €45.99 in Europe.

I was thinking of the big price difference too. Doesn't make sense. Maybe there's a sticker or something exclusive to them. Curious.

I believe this is pure marketing trick. They did the same in 2003 with Four Flicks. That one was available in Best Buy only. If you want to get a box - head to Best Buy. Period. Looks like this time they do the same with amazon.

The main problem for those in the US is that it is unclear if Bluerays/DVDs will be region free. Because even with overseas shipment and import fees (Irix did not include those in the post) orders from amazon.de and amazon.it are cheaper than 'exclusive' from amazon.com

Even Japanese set like 4Bluray+2CD+T-shirt will be only $50 or so more expensive comparing to 'exclusive'.

just the usual "game" - at first they set up fantasy prices and after a while the prices are being reduced (even before the actual release date)

Okay, I'm going with marketing trick. Too bad we have to think like this but I believe it's the right way. Still, I'm hoping the "extra" songs are included in the documentary.

I'm not sure that it is a 'trick'. I guess at first the retailers are getting only few information about an item by the record companies and then the retails put some price on it while still not really knowing too much about the item. But they need a price tag since you can't sell any goods without price tags (you even have problems to make people pre-order stuff without fixing some price). Later on, as they get more information on the article as well as on the prices other retailers are asking for, they adjust the price
(we had the same with amazon (UK) where the Sticky Fingers Box was announced. It was just the other way round – their initial price was much too low (£ 10.99))
