Of course, that depends... I for one watch it on my PC and have headphones on. The picture-quality is not good enough for huge screens - that should look better on small screens or you just resize the browser window accordingly. It's always good enough, though, to get an idea what's happening on stage. Usually.
Best is, when the scoper just focuses on the big stage-screens, IMHO.

I use the computer without downloading anything, just searching twitter.
Some people use the periscope app on their smart phone to "zero in" on the city and they say the scopes just pop up by focusing on the city location, I don't have smart phone so I have never seen that.
Other people follow along and post here in the live thread and simply click on the links which some of the good fun people who like to share post here. As more and more people have started to get this periscope more and more links have been posted.
If you post a scope link you might add the name of the scoper along side it so people can tell if it is new or not.
