And here we go, 8 mins of Sympathy and Keith in good form (and Mick has his fun with Sasha), sounds like the best version of the tour so far:

Bolded for understatement - their Sympathy "pas de deux" is all kinds of touchy feely bumpy grindy!eye popping smiley OMG!! I mean... I was a little shocked! For those who want to FF straight to the Mick-Sasha action, it starts at approx. 6:15

Also, thanks to Bye Bye Johnny, Medzvel, Green Lady & BV for all the cool pics thumbs upthumbs up

Stonesfan and Plink, thanks for the heads up, excellent *solo* dancing by Sasha, and Mick and Sasha together, wonderful--true, raunchy in the one part. (Close your eyes, Plink!. :-) Great version of SFD!

Sorry we didn't see each other at the gig Cristiano, but we did bump into each other in Ave Paulista early afternoon for a chat.
Great to have to seen you again night before for first time since Zurich, when we had a good chat and Stones talk over a few drinks with Nathan and Paul.
Looking forward to Porto Alegre and seeing you again and watching The Stones playing in your home town. smileys with beer

Just watched a clip of Keith's Satisfaction solo from last night. Man it sounded so great! He has an amazing way of improvising solos, so they're never exactly the same

This is a review by Marcello, who is a great character and so much personality.
I liked him a lot after walking back from SP 1 with him and Andreea and Gabor.

We had very entertaining conversation and bus journey.

I do hope I meet you at Porto Alegre Marcello. smileys with beer

Estádio do Morumbi, Sao Paulo, Feb. 27 (show review)
It´s only rock´n´roll, but I like it. OK, but do you still like it when things don´t work out well during a show? ´Cause that´s what went down with the Stones last night at their second show in Sao Paulo. It had all started out so good! The Stones took the stage exactly at 9 pm (after local band Titãs, who are huge in town due to their long and celebrated career, as a matter of fact so far the first opening act throughout the tour with some heavy background), with a full-packed Morumbi stadium. The concert was said to be sold-out, not a single ticket available, and it truly looked like it was, with the field area looking really full) It was such a night (like Dr. John would say), or so I thought from minute one when Keith played the first notes of JJ Flash, best riff in rock´n´roll history, which hadn´t been the opening song since the second show in Buenos Aires. Everybody was in high spirits and that showed, which became even better when we had All Down the Line and (yes!) She´s A Rainbow, the "requested" song (and which by he way showed ´voted´songs are planned, as eventually nobody in he audience seemed to know it) Come Midnight Rambler, which has already turned into a highlight of the Olé tour, and it all started going down from then on, which ended up being a total mess, somehow like five different bands playing it at the same time, but each one going its own way, like those Jools Holland´s shows on TV, you know? Not to mention Miss You, which worked out pretty bad as well. And so it went on through the whole concert, with the odd exception (like Brown Sugar, which rocked the house) and Gimme Shelter (which looked great under the heavy rain we got at some time) Funniest part was Mick introducing Charlie as "the queen of bossa nova" It only gained some momentum again with You Can´t Always Get What You Want and Satisfaction, but then who doesn´t sing them? Did the audience still enjoy the show? Yes they did, mostly because they´re there just to dance and have a good time, never mind the screw-ups. Summing it up, third show in Brazil so far was quite average, even less than that, lke the last one in Buenos Aires, which wan even a little better.
Next stop is Porto Alegre on Wednesday (the Stones´ first concert there, then very much looking forward to it) Let´s just hope things get "back to normal" I´ll post some pics frm the show later, as it seems the computer is not working well now, in fact it sucks...See you ´round!

Well, sasha is a sexy lady, and Mick goes for it. he knows how to play a crowd and i bet she likes feeling a jagger against her.

Spur of the moment. That's why live shows are so good. Even on youtube it looks great, so it must have been very amusing on the stage!

+1 and his insight in his reviews, they take you there.

"She's A Rainbow" was my favorite at this show. It is such a great song. When you get it at a show, it is just like when a stamp collector get the final missing stamp in a series, the most precious one that is.

"She's A Rainbow"... Much better than the version I heard in Athens, on B2B tour. In 1998 the band didn't seem to be really prepared for it. But now...

Based on the videos I would agree that they became a little bit sloppier since the start of the tour.
But no reason to worry, this is usual and applies to most bands.
After a few concerts you don't have to focus much anymore and it can happen that you lose yourself in just enjoying being up there on stage.
So you might forget to take care of playing tight together with the rest of the band.
I think that already happened with the second concert in Buenos Aires, where the audience was so great that they (espencially Keith) just dedicated themselfes to those people.
Of course they played great anyway, but not as tight as it could be.
