The first live "Slipping Away" was not until February 11th,1995 in Buenos Aires.

The Richards lead vocal songs for the Steel Wheels / Urban Jungle Tour(s) were "Happy" , "Before They Make Me Run" , and "Can't Be Seen". Nothing else.

"Can't Be Seen" has only been performed live in concert during 1989 / 1990 , 2014 , and this year.

It was rehearsed a couple of other times but only performed live in concert during those four years.

So,to answer the question,this was the first time both "Slipping Away" and "Can't Be Seen" were both performed in the same concert.
