It doesn't happen very often. The last time I remember it was Vegas with some in the MGM and others at Mandalay Bay.

In Oslo,the 4 core stones were in either 3 or 4 different hotels. But at least we got to see backing band members + Mick T walking between them...><

The whole entourage usually stay in at least two different hotels as far as I know.

In Oslo ,where I just happened by chance to pass by to chat to other fans, I realised it was where The Stones were staying.

Very low key in Oslo and no crowds at all . They could probably come and go out the front door without any hassle.

Later found out that the rest of the band........Mick T, Chuck ,Lisa and the main crew were staying fairly nearby. Walking distance in fact.

Maybe since that time Keef could not take Mick's pre concert warm up singing any more and put it is a contract.... I either saw that on a video.... or dreamed it.

And in my experience the band + support most often stay in one place
and the crew in another - so we have a theory for every occasion

The band and management are usually in a four or five star hotel (Four Seasons, Ritz Carlton) together with the crew in a three star (Radisson, Marriott).

On occasion, the four might not be in the same hotel - but it doesn't happen too often. I have no idea why they occasionally aren't in the same hotel - but I suspect it does make it more difficult for security and logistics. Just unloading the Ryder truck with the luggage and moving it to the rooms takes a couple of hours - it's probably a hassle with two hotels involved for band and management.

I would have guessed the 4 all stayed in the same super luxury hotel. There are only so many 6 star/5 star class hotels in some towns and I heard that they always stay in the best of the best of best.... so who would get the bestest best hotel if they needed 2 hotel?

I don't know if I got my times wrong, but are The Stones due on stage in roughly 15 minutes ?

I was sure I got my times right and even double checked , or is it an hour to go.
