Keith is wearing a really cool belt. I don't think I've seen it in any other pics except in San Francisco.

They were very lucky it wasn't cold and foggy out there at Candlestick. That was the normal weather out there no matter that 60 miles away it was 100f. Both days were sunny and mild, perfect weather.

Oh and the poster depicts the Transamerica Pyramid in downtown SF, a post-modern landmark.

I always think Bill Wyman is the one with the best fashion sense. No goofy pants, no torn shirts, just dressed very nicely in vibrant colors. He and Charlie are the best looking of the bunch, a veritable pair of fashion plates.

I liked seeing Bill in the yellow and blue suits wearing the thin neck tie on the '81 tour. He looked like a rock star.

Those are beautiful photos, were you down in the photo pit?

I have some black and whites from out in the crowd but nothing at all like what you have been showing here.

I have no idea who Rocky Widner is and as far as I know it could be exilestones, so that's why I was asking.

thanks

I did a brief bit of research and found Rocky Widner to, currently, be a sports photographer. 1981 was 39 years ago...

I see, thank you. Makes sense he would have intimate access to Candlestick Park then. Those are impressive photos.

Official promo photos from the 1981 tour. It looks like Mick's and Charlie's pics are from LA.
The others are from San Francisco.

You're welcome!

I think all of these pics of Jagger are from 1980 and the pic of Keith (without the hat). The magazine is from 1982.

Thanks, exilestones, keep ´em coming!

I had exactly this Keith poster on my wall
in the 80s...and 35 years later I know it´s
from Frisco!! I bought it in Italy on a
holiday in 1983 - when I was 15.

I found a photo while cleaning up my collection during lockdown.
A room of a 17-year-old. It had very high walls. A pity that I
don´t have them nowadays.I have dozens of posters I´d love to hang.
The collage I made consists of 8 pieces and is now stored...maybe forever sad smiley

Hey yeah Micko always ahead in da fashion
stakes had the Puffer Jacket way back in the early 80's ... and yella too ....

Now days every woman and her dog has one ...
especially in the well ta do leavy green suburbs ....

But gotta laugh at the long length ones where
they look like they're living in sleeping bags ...

"Did you sleep well ????"
