Apparently it was designed by the chilean graphic designer Rodolfo Jofre S.

... because it has the logos from the chilean FM-Station 'Futuro 88.9' and from the designers 'Jofre Conjota' on it.
The previous official posters haven't worn a third party logo ....

Not official, but pretty cool. The designer looks very talented indeed.
I had a very similar concept for their PinkPop Show during the 14 on Fire Tour. Had the tongue logo as a pink melted popsicle... no girls sharing it though
