Forgive me, if this has been discussed already, but has anyone else noticed that while it says 10:00 am onsale for 9/16 on the app, it says 9:00 am on the RS.com ticket page? Maybe for a different time zone?

GENERAL ON SALE: 9AM 9/16

They have some quality control issues. On rollingstones.com, it says 9 am on Friday the 16th on the tour/tickets page, and on the announcement page, it says 10 am on Friday the 17th. Tickets normally go on sale at 10 am in the time zone of the event. Hopefully, they'll get the correct date and time info before Friday.

Oh no, that was Friday June 17. I guess we all need to be ready at 9 and at 10 on Friday.

Yes, I think you're right! Also wondering, if there are Lucky Dips available on Wednesday's presale would that be through the app only or through the link on RS.com?

I received an email from AEG Live Access early this morning stating that they will have a special presale with a special password (given) starting THIS MORNING at 10:00 AM PDT and a link to the site. When I clicked on the link promptly at 10:00 AM it took me to the AXS ticket site where it showed that the presale will start tomorrow morning at 10:00 AM as stated on the Stones app previously. I have since received a second email from AXS announcing the presale tomorrow with a different password than the earlier email, go figure.

We have another case of where the right hand doesn't seem to know what the left hand is doing, doesn't bode well for tomorrow! eye rolling smiley

I got the same email and did what you did, though I am still awaiting the follow-up email. I don't think a single announcement on this tour has gone according to plan. How can you screw up 4 dates?

I also haven't received a second email with new password. Do you have to use the app on Wednesday or that link in the email? What about Lucky Dips? Thanks.

AEG and MGM co-own the T-Mobile Arena and AXS sells the tickets... Last Summer for Zip Code shows AEG was sending presale codes out which linked to TM.com.

The mix-up on the presale starting today is pretty sad, but I guess we have 2 codes to use for tomorrow at 10am Pacific.

I only got one email today from AXS saying presale is Wednesday.

As for purchasing on Stones app vs AXS.com, I think both methods will be available. They were both available for Vegas Oct 19. I had one device on AXS.com and another on the app. I had better success with AXS.com, but other people had good success with the app. I just hope AXS doesn't freeze up on me again like last time when I got "thank you for your purchase" but it froze and the charge didn't go through and I lost great seats. Heavy volume seems to be a problem for their website.

I think just sign up for AXS.com.

what I don't understand about all this is that there are "passes", "tickets" and "wristbands." What are each of these for and is it necessary to have all three to get into the shows?

The lowest price mentioned on AXS is $75, and lucky dips come in pairs, so budget $150 plus fees.

Yeah, I saw that, but looking back through the thread, it seems the LuckyDips were only available on rollingstones.com, so it seems the $75 only applies to the ASX site. I thought I had seen something about $38, but can't find it now.

The Stones' tour page still lists the Lucky Dip info from the first Vegas show, including the price: $39.50 + charges. I'm not sure LDs have even been announced for this second gig.

plexi

If you buy a 3-day pass, they will send you a 3-day pass wristband. Without a valid and activated (online) wristband you will not be permitted into the one mile perimeter around the venue. There is a one mile police-check perimeter according to what DT sent out with the wristbands. There are no paper or e-tickets. They also sold a limited number of 1-day passes. Those have a 1-day wristband.
