I was wondering the same, the Wednesday part of this is rather a drag...
Maybe this will be a surprise tour - throwing a date here and there!!
Of course, logistics needs to be in place.
This does seem odd and makes me wonder if it will just be a few shows like in 2012 as opposed to a full tour?
the cali shows are already sold out[39 million people live in the state]
the first vegas show will sell out in 5 minutes which is why they put the weds show onsale first,they'll be at t-mobile for 2 if not 3 nights.
42 million people visit vegas a year,it's not a tough sell,good times
Can be midweek flights are more expensive because of business people!!
Where did you see ticket prices?
On the AXS app. Search for rolling stones. Find the "event"..., Clearly listed. And there are those prices.

I can't really recall how previous tour announcements have come out.. is it typical to just trickle out dates or should we be expecting a full tour announcement soon?

I bet they add another Vegas show on 10/22 (Saturday) after the tickets for 10/19 are sold. I have no inside info, just speculation on my part - seems they would want to do a weekend show in Vegas as well.

From other's comments on this board it sounds like just Coachella, Vegas and NYC. So yeah, just a handful of shows in a few cities vs a 14-15 show tour.

Strange that we haven't heard from Bjornulf - he's the one that usually let's us know what's going on first and he's sort of MIA. Even with this official announcement there isn't anything on the News page.

I know people think the Vegas show on a Wednesday is lame, but it sure is way cheaper to fly out there during the week than it is on the weekend. I checked into flights and it's nearly double the price on Friday as opposed to Wednesday. Same with hotel prices.

Still in limbo land - can't really commit to book any travel for this until I see more dates (if there are any). If this is it, I'll happily go for a quick mid-week break. If they add another show on the 22nd, I'll be thrilled to make a long weekend of it. What to do, what to do???
