Depends how you define 'South America'.

Had to cancel Brazil, but still going to the Mexico shows and I booked a week of Cuba right after the 2nd Mex show. Not South America, but OLE 2016 for sure! smiling smiley

We are flying from Philly to Lima to see them. I drag my husband all over the place to see them, although he's a bonafide fan now.

I could have easily gone if I wanted and I did some research but too much going on at work. I'm hoping for some shows closer to home (UK) later in the year smiling bouncing smiley

Will happily travel anywhere in the UK or Europe. I did the 1st 2 nights of the Licks Tour in 2002.

Seeing those wild crowds and the band's form, I'm regretting not going now sad smiley
But following it all on here is fun.

It must be so fun to go! I can feel the excitement. This morning, (in Washington DC) I slugged (hitchhiked) in to work with a driver who was from Peru a young lady and she told me she is house sitting for her mom who is flying down there to see the Rolling Stones and she was disgusted that her mom would spend $500 and she said her mom had it on her 'bucket list' and that she wants to scratch that one off, and the girl was like why pay 500 to see some old men dance around and I just laughed and said, tell your mom I said Hi! Lol. Im' still laughing about it.

who understands this but us??

I agree with you about the seats on the floor I don't know why they do it I suppose there is a reason but I can't see the point.

I'm sure you will have a great time anyway so enjoy the show.

That reason is Money. Concerts are consistently more expensive in Mexico than anywhere else I'm used to watching shows. It's really crappy. They're catering to the rich corporate crowd, not unlike the US promoters. Mexico is much more influenced by the US than the other countries on this tour.
