Yeah, I was just reading about this. As has been previously posted, he was at .02, and the threshold for intoxication is .08. Sounds and looks like some bad behavior on the part of law enforcement, perhaps looking for a celebrity sting for attention. Guess we'll have to see how it shakes out. Could be more going on.

Don't have to even read it. Obviously the usual crap from the cops here in NJ.

Look how many here ate up the story by the cops as if it came from Jesus himself...just so they could hate on Bruce as quickly as possible.

Then again, this (last 2 pages of comments) looks more like a political venom than anything about Bruce Springsteen.

You see a guy sitting on a motorcycle drinking a shot, of course the officer is going to arrest him on suspicion. It's up the judicial system to decide on guilt or innocence.
I don't know the laws of Jersey, but in many places you can be ticketed just for having an open container in your vehicle.

The Boss should release a video statement of the situation for his fans on twitter, but only if he hasn't had any shots of tequila beforehand.
