Interesting...just in time for Christmas. Of course, wait until we buy them individually.
I don't see a blu ray bundle though...

Pretty decent price too! Great stuff.

Thanks for the heads up!
Listed at $77.99 on Amazon U.S.
From the Vault: Complete Series 1 Box Set
And after a couple of months, the price will probably go down from there on the Amazon 'marketplace'.
Seeing as I've only bought the official Marquee so far (which I've had as a boot for years), looks like I'll probably be picking this up to get the rest.

THis may be an even better deal in that case, [www.amazon.ca]
$73 Canadian, prolly $55 US!

Right. And the next step would be 10 (or 11) CDs boxset with audio material of all six available concerts. OK, make it 13 CDs dropping Brussels 73 as bonus discs.Quote

I think it´s a good deal for those who already have the audio downloaded - so they dont have to pay twice.

It isn't news, it's a thread.
Ok I understand, for people who didn't bought the boxes separatly this is a good news, the right word is "BARGAIN", but at least there is nothing new!Quote

And all are packaged together in a tidy nice box at what I assume is a much lower price then when sold separately?
For those of us who didn't buy everything separately, this is indeed news...good news!

The one question is: Why did it take them 30 years to open the vault? I would have loved the Hampton and Leeds '82 releases even in the late 80's...
Now, it's not the same thing really. Too many years under the bridge...

Like sitting on these 'valuable assets' assuming they will keep appreciating over time, when instead they've developed mold and are now depreciating.
Its as though the record company is trying to make whatever money it still can on these.
I have to say though, 30 years ago I'm sure I couldn't have afforded the onslaught of new material...at least there's been time to save up!

...but we paid much more (or at least I did..) for bootlegs back then! Some of them almost unlistenable.

Sure, but their enormous bootleg catalogue tells you one or two things about the demand on Stones live recordings back then ... Which they have choosen to satisfy 30 years later on...
I think they could have been a little more generous with official live releases back then. But that's just an (my) opinion.

Series 1...interesting...and I just convinced my wife Leeds 82 was gonna be the last. Guess I need to start playing the lottery.

After having bought all the releases separately in the vinyl/dvd packages I think I'll be able to resist this one.
Again for me what is telling is they're labelling this as series 1.
