If he were going to play wouldn't some info have leaked by now? I bet the house band would do a killer job of backing him. Here's hoping.

I don't believe Kieth has ever worked with a TV house band, so it's unlikely he'd start at the point in his career where his singing and playing isn't what it once was. I even doubt he'd play with the Winos on the Tonight SHow! Here's hoping though.

He merely made a threatening gesture with his guitar - oh no wait, that was Blackpool :E

I can't abide Fallon either. It's fine to adore Keith but adore intelligently please!

then don't watch, change the channel.but i'll at least give you credit for wanting an intelligent interview unlike the keith stalker who wants jimmy to get in a fight with him and make him mad.

I don't watch, Lem Motlow my dear - don't even have to change channels because the show's not on where I live.
Thanks for the credit! Trenchant love rocks :E

He played Sleep Tonight with Paul Schaffer and his band in 1986.

Keith needs to lose the snakeskin jacket already. How many snakes died for these releases? Really lame.

I don't think it is real snakeskin.

Doesn't bode well for live dates if he can't get it together for Fallon!

In fairness to Keith, this sketch aired just before his interview and simply destroyed.

It could be weeks before they are able to rebuild the studio enough so that guests once again have a place to perform.

Probably no fault of Keith but his segment seemed very short. Of course I would
Have given Keith the whole show and added an extra hour...

It's real, I'm afraid. It's a St Laurent item - Keith has some deal with St Laurent, right?
I believe the dotted starry shirts are part of that line as well. Maybe not the Do Not X-Ray tshirts, though :E

(They're little tiny stars, not dots.)

I'm glad you mentioned that. They looked good during the ZIP CODE tour.

Very disappointing and boring. You'd think that when Fallon gets a MUSICIAN like Keith on his show, that musician MIGHT ACTUALLY PLAY SOMETHING! To hold up an album cover is beyond lame & ridiculous! And they actually TALKED About " Good Night Irene!"....nothing new was revealed about a Stones tour or solo tour. I stayed up for nothing!

Not very interesting interview, but Keith looked pretty good.
Wish he would have played something - even a short little ditty on acoustic while sitting on the couch.
Or even at least a musical comedy routine/collaboration w/Fallon.
It was similar to watching a football game, and the star captain of the team was benched the entire game.
Probably left many casual viewers wondering what the hell why this guys supposedly a musical legend and no music?
In all fairness, when Mick was on Fallon I don't think he performed either - just a lame skit and/or comedy/video?

But now Keith is 0 for 2 on Fallon"...as the old Burger King lady used to say 'Where's the beef"?, or in this case "where's the Keef"?!!!

*edit: Make that 0 for 3 if you count Keith's first appearance when Fallon hosted the Late Show.
