Hello !

Reminds me of the story in Bill German's book where he gets this advice by one of the Stones' "entourage" that you should never be the last one to leave the party to avoid being accused of stealing the stuff that inevitably goes missing ;-)

There's an awful lot of "believed to be," "thought to be," "understood to be" in that article.

In other words, it's the Daily Mail.

I know it's awful that her property was stolen but what an utterly tacky object, I wouldn't give it house room...

How can you just leave your darling alone in London and settle abroad?

Isn't there a slight difference between "Charlie's wolf" and "Charlie's granddaughter's wolf"? Does that make my kids my grandfather's kids? I would have never thought of that...smiling smiley

Just another day (or night) in Chelsea.
If you watched the UKs reality TV show "Made in Chelsea" nothing would surprise you.

A £32,000 stuffed wolf has been returned to police after it was stolen from a flat owned by the granddaughter of Rolling Stones drummer Charlie Watts.
The 6ft tall wolf, complete with yellow glass eyes, was taken after Charlotte Watts - the daughter of the rocker's only child, Seraphina - invited three partygoers back to her central London home following a night out in Soho.
The three men, all thought to be in their early 20s, left at around 5am on August 3 but it in the morning that Charlotte noticed her wolf, which she affectionately dubbed Frostbite, was missing.
Following a police appeal, the animal was returned, undamaged, to a west London police station this morning.

The British press! Everytime I think our press in America is the shytes, I take some consolation from knowing it's nevertheless far superior to the British press.

Alls well that ends well.

Hopefully a lesson learned by young Charlotte (and other young ladies out there) about inviting "party goers" ( "The three men" ) back to your flat at 2 in the morning. One could lose (more than) one's woof.

Now clean your room young lady! drinking smiley

Six foot tall the wolf be? Thatsa big wolf. Looking at the young lady involved, she sure got some of the palest legs I've ever seen, not to mention, IMHO, very poor taste in clothes.

Speaking of wolves it's hard to get my mind around how dogs like these are recent descendents from these magnificant creatures. When humans get involved with selective breeding the results are pretty crazy!

I bet Grandpa Charlie did... or maybe Uncle Keith did.

The moral? Don't mess with Stones Royalty, and as we see, Mr Wolf got results.

So Charlotte, I know you read here, can we see your wolf plugged in with his eyes lit up? pretty please.
