19th Nervous Breakdown
Little Red Rooster
The Last Time
Time is on my Side
Not Fade Away (Have we had it since VL?)
Lady Jane (O2 2, 2012, brilliantly!)
As Tears Go By (Milan, 2006, In Italian!)
Dandelion
If you can't rock me (I know we got it in the Arenas on Licks but not since!)
Hand of Fate
Slave

Not all Rockers obviously. We have to have SOME slower ones!

I doubt they can pull of many of the songs mentioned, at this point, no offense. Surprised "Mr D" sounded as good as it did. But there are plenty of other - somewhat slower, easier, songs that would suit them, songs that Jagger is the main-figure in as he still does as a great job, without depending too much on the guitars or the "muse" ; "Till The Next Goodbye", "Hide Your Love" and "You Better Move On" for instance

- Highwire (a fitting song for times like these)
- Mother's Little Helper (not too fast, they can do it in the style/tempo of Under My Thumb

I still dream of "Slave" live.
I do not think "Pretty Beat Up" has ever been played live ?

Ronnie used to do PBU live on his solo tours, Jean-Gab.

Remember seeing several of these rarities back in the day..

Time is on my Side left a mark.. 78 or 81(?) with a screen that would flash back and forth between live and Sixties performances. Could stand that again.

Rare 60's Stones songs that could have been played live since 2012

Even if only once. Other than every song from that decade(haha), here's my hurried list:

Complicated
Dear Doctor
Think
Stoned
West Coast Assistant

Song gets a lot of hate but I always thought Jigsaw Puzzle had potential live, especially with an extended outro.

There was a certain thread not too long ago...I took some heat by saying it was the weakest link on Beggars - stood my ground though and still feel that way!
And not saying I hate it, but it's not up their with some of my favorites - might barely crack the top 50 (or 60) for me.
Surely I'm in the minority though, as it became evident that many love that song.

Yeah, I remember that. I don't remember any hate, though..

It certainly gets hate in the wider world - I don't think the faux Dylan lyrics do it any favours, but I've always thought it was a strong song to be clear.

I keep on about this one but Have You Seen Your Mother Baby, Standing In The Shadow as a heart-pumping opener and then We Love You as a finale. There wouldn't be a dry eye in the house/pitch/field.

i would love to hear

have you seen your mother baby, was a hit back in the day, but like many mid 60,s stones songs its been neglected.

also would love to hear

jigsaw puzzle, its a classic song which sounds nothing like dylan, its a stones sounding song and very underrated, would have fitted in as the encore at hyde park 1969.

citadel, is a great song, the stones proving they were better at psychedelic rock than the beatles were but never got the credit where the beatles did. certainly makes yellow submarine sound like a wombles outtake.

While I would never say one band is better than the other I do say that The Stones created a more powerful psychedelic sound than The Beatles whose take on the genre was more reflective and nostalgic, like so many other British bands of the era. Both of course were equally compelling but it just depends on what your bag is man, as they used to say.

i like the beatles a lot, but always feel they get credit they dont deserve, they made some great songs but also made a lot of weak ones which dont seem to get critisised unlike the stones. yellow submarine is a prime example,

Re: Rare 60's Stones songs that could have been played live since 2012

The most obvious to me are :

1) Heart of Stone .......... only played maybe four or five times in 2002 since the '60's.

2) Play With Fire ..... only played 1 time in the past 27 and a half years / 1 time in Europe in the past 50 years.

3) Time is on My Side ..... only played 1 time by the Stones in the past 35 years !!

Besides that ..........

1) Out of Time

2) All Sold Out

3) Salt of the Earth or Factory Girl ( Los Angeles 2013 style )

4) more of Let it Bleed (the song)

5) Love in Vain

6) Have Mercy

7) Can't Be Satisfied

8) The Citadel

9) I Am Waiting

10) I Just Want to Make Love to You

11) Tell Me

12) Child of the Moon

Nice setlist, they could easily have pulled that off 10 years ago. Nowadays I think something like this would be more realistic:

Sympathy For The Devil
All Down The Line
Tumbling Dice
Just Your Fool
Ride 'Em On Down
Dancing With Mr. D
Rock And A Hard Place
Just My Imagination
You Can't Always Get What You Want
Under My Thumb
Honky Tonk Women
--- Band introductions
Happy (Keith)
Slipping Away (Keith)
Emotional Rescue (Miss You replacement)
Midnight Rambler
Street Fighting Man
You Got Me Rocking
Start Me Up
Brown Sugar
--- Band off stage
Gimme Shelter
Jumping Jack Flash
