Very long time lurker and first time poster....I finally signed up for an account and have been meaning to post since the Pittsburgh show and am finally getting around to it tonight. Buffalo native here and I am so thrilled that my hometown is getting another visit from the Boys tonight! 18 years is a long time and most of us assumed Buffalo was never going to get another shot at the Stones. So glad we were all wrong!! Lots of pics on Facebook live from "The Ralph" from family and friends have me wishing I would have added a second show and gone to see them on my home turf!!!

As for the question about 1975 - the pic aside, the Stones played TWO shows in Buffalo in 1975. The first show in June was at the Auditorium and the second show in August was at Rich Stadium. It was an added show and was the last show on that tour!

ok I stand corrected! can't find that show on any historical set lists/sites peraps that is why. but anyway we're all agreed photo is from 78 show, that was the stage. all good in love and Stones history of course!

They cancelled a planned south american tour in 75 at the end of the US shows and added a few shows on to the end of the US tour, Jacksonville I think and Buffalo where I was along with 90,000 others in August 1975. The stage in the photo is the 78 stage

I have heard a little of their stuff and I did buy their Record Store day vinyl release a couple months back in the shape of the state of Alabama.

By the way, my brother was thrown out of the Orlando show this year for dancing and obstructing people's view, who complained (it was towards the end of the show and he got back in" As he was being escorted out he asked the cop what he did and was told 'you were drunk and dancing'

Only hot girls under 20 are allowed to drink and dance.

Ouch. Maybe dancing is allowed and drunk is allowed but the combination of the two was the problem.
