Jumping Jack Flash
You Got Me Rocking
It's Only Rock'n Roll
Tumbling Dice (Acoustic with only Chuck playing)
Doom And Gloom (With Matt Clifford upfront on Keyboard)
Wild Horses (with Dave Mathews)
Paint It Black
Honky Tonk Women (With Sherryl Crow)
--- Band introductions
Before They Make Me Run
Happy
Miss You (extended version)
Gimme Shelter (with Lisa singing second verse too)
Start Me Up
Sympathy For The Devil
Brown Sugar

(Encore)
You got me rocking (second time)
You Can't Always Get What You Want (with Matt Clifford playing the choir part on his favorite synthesizer)
Satisfaction

(Just kidding;-)

I would add a super-extended SFTD and another Brown Sugar, but at least 12 minutes long with extended crowd interaction

Can we have protracted sax-guitar jam outro's on every song like on the '81 tour. I mean, really really bleed that melody dry so every song lasts around 10 minutes.

Well, "realistic" and "dream" can't really fit together nowadays, but I think a set like this could give satisfaction to both newcomers and hardcore fans:

1. Brown Sugar
2. Let's Spend the Night Together
3. One Hit (To the Body)
4. She's So Cold
5. Miss You
6. Wild Horses
7. If You Can't Rock Me
8. Respectable
9. Time is on My Side
10. All Down the Line
11. Tumbling Dice
--- Intros
12. Thru and Thru / Keith
13. Little T&A / Keith
14. Midnight Rambler
15. Monkey Man
16. Out of Control
17. Honky Tonk Woman
18. Under My Thumb
19. Sympathy for the Devil
20. Gimme Shelter
21. Jumping Jack Flash
--- Encore
22. It's Only Rock'n'Roll (Extended like in 2005)

When I saw It's Only Rock 'N' Roll close the show in Durham on the A Bigger Bang tour, I loved it! Did they stop pretty quickly using that as a show closer on that tour?

Yep. Was gone after 5 weeks in October 2005 and replaced by the usual Satisfaction/Brown Sugar.

Knowing they won't change the second half (although I would rather get Miss You over with in the first half or at least the first song after Keith's set. It would be cool to have Gimme Shelter follow Miss You or even Rambler.), I'll hope for some realistic modifications to the first half so here goes:

1. No more Doom And Gloom, replaced permanently by Out of Control
2. No You Got Me Rocking. Ugh, that song has been played to death)
3. Keeping with Sticky Fingers/Marquee '71 theme how about Moonlight Mile/Stray Cat Blues or Love In Vain rotated in with Can't you hear me knocking.
4. Street Fighting Man is played at every remaining show

So.....the setlist could realistically look like this

JJF
IORR
Tumbling Dice
Out of Control
Moonlight Mile
Can't You Hear Me Knocking
Stray Cat Blues
Street Fighting Man
(voter's choice)
HTW
Keith's set
Miss You
Gimme Shelter
Rambler
SFTD
SMU
BS
YCAGWYW
Satisfaction (although I would prefer Sympathy to close) I think it would be a killer encore to have Rambler and then Sympathy.

I don't think you will see any changes after the fan's choice song. Hell, they haven't modified that part of the setlist at any stadium show this year or last, always been the same (except for occasionally switching JJF and SMU). It would be nice to hear Stray Cat or Love In Vain along with Knocking/Moonlight Mile.

That's being realistic and wishful, I think....

Ditches SFTD and puts one in that I'm surprised they're not playing, Time Is On My Side... yet still keeping with the Stones 50 years etc... with nothing post 1981, of course.

1. Brown Sugar
2. I Wanna Be Your Man
3. Star Star
4. Sweet Little Sixteen
5. If You Can't Rock Me
6. Let's Spend the Night Together
7. Time Is On My Side
8. Miss You
9. Emotional Rescue
10. Moonlight Mile
11. Tumbling Dice
12. All About You
13. Happy
14. Dance Little Sister
15. Shattered
16. Midnight Rambler
17. Bitch
18. Street Fighting Man
19. Honky Tonk Women
20. Gimme Shelter
21. Start Me Up
22. Jumpin' Jack Flash

In fact Durham was the last show they closed with iorr...

Realistically there are two or maximum three open windows in the first part of the setlist whereof one is the webb choice song. That's, realistically, it! Everything else is vanity...
