Correct, he rolled his eyes and went with it. But he did have problems with the ear piece for most of the song. He wasn't mad.

What's great about that video, in addition to hearing the laughs, you can see that Mick was looking straight at Keith when he was laughing. Keith had gone out on the runway for the intro and had turned around and was walking straight towards Mick as Mick was singing/laughing. I wish there was video from back stage to see what the expression on Keith's face was to make Mick laugh.

Much ado over nothing, I think. Funny moment between long time band mates is what I see.
